Any withdrawal may be placed on hold pending investigation if fraud or a rule violation is suspected. If no violation is found, payment will be processed within 72 hours of the investigation concluding.

6 Gaming Rules & Fairness

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

99f may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions or involvement in prohibited activities.

• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• When the user wishes to close their account voluntarily.

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance. A maintenance fee of BDT 50 per month may be charged on inactive accounts.
